Web Active designed my website in 2007 and have hosted same ever since. I was initially extremely surprised at the “low” set up/design fee, as I had envisaged these costs being a lot more than what was actually charged at the outset.

Since the website went live, almost three years ago, I can honestly say that I have never experienced any significant downtime or problems with the site and I have always enjoyed fantastic service from the support team at Web Active!

We approached Web Active during October 2009 to design our website and marketing related documents (email, signatures, company logo, business cards, letterheads and layout of company profile document).

I was pleased with the response time in which they replied to my emails and the willingness to meet with me after hours to discuss my website and marketing requirements.

Although I picked up a few cosmetic issues these were immediately rectified which I appreciated.

I also appreciated the fact that I was allowed to request minor cosmetic changes to the website after it was completed, this was done at no cost to myself.

Web Active’s turnaround time was good.

I would however recommend that Web Active hire a software tester as part of their website design process.

Overall, I was pleased with the completed website and marketing material produced and would make use of their services in the future.
